SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be delivered via Australia Post.
Unfortunately my store cannot absorb shipping cost however I do endeavour to keep my store prices low with no hidden built in costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported within 14 days of receipt and returned to us within 14 days once approved. Items returned are subject to individual inspection upon receiving.

The Customer will be responsible for the return of faulty goods including shipping and handling. Items found not to be our product or showing any manufacturers default will not be approved for refund.

We cannot accept any liability for damage or loss of goods whilst in transit back to us. We will not except returns arriving COD or collect, this will be refused.

If approved you will be provided with replacement item, if item is no longer available a credit will be issued.

Any discrepancy in pricing should be reported immediately. This will ensure prompt corrective action. A copy of the relevant invoice off returned items must be provided.

We do not accept exchange or returns due to change of mind.
